Q: What do you sell?
 We offer a curated selection of French pastries, desserts, and savoury bites, including:

Q: Do you make everything from scratch?
 Yes! Every item is made in-house by our pastry team using premium ingredients — real butter, fresh cream, and natural flavours (no artificial mixes).
Q: Are your products nut-free or gluten-free?
 Some items are naturally gluten-free (like macarons), but we are not a nut-free kitchen. We do our best to label allergens, but please inform us of any dietary restrictions when ordering.
Q: Are your products gelatine-free?
Yes! every items sold at Sweet Vanilla is gelatine free. From French macarons, éclairs, etc.. 
Q: Are your meats products contains pork?
No! we do not use any pork in any of our products. The meats used in our samosas, mini-quiches, meals and other street foods are all sources from Halal provider.
Q: Does some of your product contains alcohol?
Yes, They are pre-boxed and sold separately. They do not come in contact with our other products. We do our best to avoid cross contamination. 
Q: Do you offer catering?
 Absolutely. We cater for corporate meetings, weddings, birthdays, and special events, offering beautiful dessert platters and customizable menus.
Q: How do I place a catering order?
 You can fill out our online catering form or email us directly at orders@sweetvanilla.ca. Please allow at least 3–5 days notice for most catering orders.
Q: Can I request custom flavours or themes?
 Yes — we love creating bespoke desserts to match your theme, colours, or event style. Custom orders may require a longer lead time.
Q: How can I place an order?
 You can preorder directly through our website, send us a message on social media, or email us. Preorders are recommended for large events or busy weekends.
Q: Do you deliver?
 Yes, we offer local delivery in the Saint John area for catering and large orders (fees apply). Pickup options are available at our shop or market stalls.
Q: How far in advance should I order?
 For macarons and pastries, we recommend at least 48 hours’ notice. For catering and custom dessert tables, please book 1–2 weeks in advance.
Q: Do you supply cafés or businesses?

Q: Do you offer gift cards?
 We provide authentic and sealed certificate, than can be purchase and made available to you for the amount you wish— perfect for birthdays, thank-yous, or just to share something sweet.
Q: How should I store my macarons or pastries?
 Macarons should be kept refrigerated and enjoyed within 5 days. Pastries are best fresh the same day, but can be stored at room temperature for 1–2 days.
Q: Do you ship your products?
 At the moment, we do not offer nationwide shipping, but we’re working on expanding this service.
